Our members are joined together by a common bond that gives members the chance to help each other. Collegedale Credit Union provides a wide range of services to help you reach your financial objectives.

You are eligible for membership if:
  • you are a Seventh-day Adventist
  • you are a relative (by blood or marriage) of a Collegedale Credit Union member
  • you are an employee of a Seventh-day Adventist institution or Seventh-day Adventist business owner
  • you live in Collegedale or zip code areas 37302, 37311, 37312, 37315, 37320, 37323, 37353, 37363, 37364 and 37421.

Who can join the Credit Union?
You are eligible if you are a Seventh-day Adventist, a relative of a current member, or work for a Seventh-day Adventist institution/business. Residents in the following zip codes are also eligible: 37302, 37311, 37312, 37315, 37320, 37323, 37353, 37363, 37364 and 37421

How do I become a member?
You can start the process online at https://collegedale.originate.fiservapps.com/D3DGVBVW2GRb4Zu or by visiting the branch and speaking with a Member Services Representative. A Share (savings) account establishes your membership.

What is required for a new account?
A minimum deposit of $50 to a Share Account is required to establish membership. Youth accounts require a $5 deposit.

Does CCU have a minimum balance fee for share draft (checking) accounts?

Is my money insured?
Yes. Deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).

You can also protect your savings up to $15 million through our NCUA-insured partner credit unions, with each portion of your funds staying below the $250,000 insurance limit. Your funds are automatically spread across our trusted partner institutions behind the scenes, ensuring full insurance coverage. Access all of your money through your main account – no need to manage multiple accounts manually. You can even earn interest on your full balance while maintaining coverage.

What are the requirements for a debit card?
Debit cards are available for all ages with restrictions based on age.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Using the mobile app, turn your card off and call CCU immediately at 423-396-2101.

Does CCU offer Zelle?
Yes. CCU offers Zelle in our mobile app. We do not charge a fee for this service, but standard messaging/data rates from your carrier may apply.

Does CCU Offer Estate Planning Services?
Yes. At Collegedale Credit Union, we understand the importance of ensuring your legacy is honored according to your wishes. We are pleased to introduce an online tool designed to be affordable and help individuals, as well as their families, prepare for the later chapters of life. Through a relationship that our trusted partner TruStageTM has with One Digital Trust (ODT), a leading provider of online estate planning solutions, Collegedale Credit Union is now able to provide members with access to this digital estate planning tool to create legally valid documents designed and approved by estate planning attorneys. What types of accounts do you offer?
The Credit Union offers personal and business share draft (checking), share (savings) accounts, money markets, share certificates, IRAs, credit and debit cards, loan services, and additional services such as money orders, cashier’s checks, wire transfer services, notary services, coin machines, and safe deposit boxes.

Do you offer online and mobile banking?
Yes. Members can manage accounts through Virtual Branch online banking and the Mobiliti mobile app, including bill pay, transfers, and secure messaging.

Can I access my account when traveling?
Yes. Through CO-OP Shared Branching, you can access your account at over 5,400 shared branch locations nationwide and nearly 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs.

How can I access my account?
Walk-In – Our lobby is open Mon-Wed: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm; Thurs: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Fri: 8:30 am – 1:30 pm.

Drive-Thru – Our drive thru is open Mon-Wed: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm; Thurs: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm; Fri: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.

What types of loans are available?
The Credit Union offers personal, auto, real estate, consumer, and new construction loans, with competitive rates and personalized service.

What mortgage loan terms are offered at CCU?
CCU offers fixed term, conventional mortgage loans up to a term of 30 years

Are there location requirements for mortgage loans?
Eligible properties must be located within 150 miles of CCU and within Tennessee, Georgia, or Alabama.

How can I make a loan payment?
You can make payments through online banking, the mobile app, by text message, or directly from an external bank account or debit card using the online payment portal.

Security & Privacy FAQs

How does the Credit Union protect my information?
The Credit Union uses secure, encrypted systems for online and mobile banking and will never call, email, or text requesting your login credentials or personal identifying information.

What should I do if I suspect fraud or a scam?
If you receive suspicious communications claiming to be from the Credit Union, do not respond. Contact the Credit Union immediately using the official phone number.
