Collegedale Credit Union is a mutual-help financial organization.
Its members invest their savings in the form of shares. These shares pay dividends based
on the success of the Credit Union’s operation. Collegedale Credit Union generates
income by investing share deposits in member loans at low interest rates.
We were organized for a two-fold purpose:
- To promote thrift by offering a means for making safe and regular investments.
- To enable its members to obtain loans at reasonable rates of interest for worthwhile purposes.
The Credit Union idea is a proven one. Through Credit
Unions, the average person has demonstrated that by faith in the integrity and dignity of
their fellow men, they have the ability to manage their own financial affairs better than anyone else.
